BrandLift designs, builds and maintains websites for local businesses in India. Our work is a service. We are not a bank, lender, investment adviser, health provider or government body, and nothing on this site is professional advice of that kind.

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish our content or images.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

The example screens shown on this site are illustrations of the kind of work we do. Business names, images and figures shown with them are representative examples, not guarantees. Ratings and quotes come from feedback shared with us by business owners.

Results differ from business to business. How many calls or WhatsApp messages you get depends on your trade, your city, your prices, your competition, the season, how fast you reply and many other things outside our control. We do not promise any particular number of calls, messages, enquiries, admissions, bookings, sales or income.

Prices are agreed in writing for each project before work begins. Payment terms, timelines, revisions and what is included are set out in the quote or work order we share with you. Taxes apply as per Indian law. Renewals such as domain and hosting are charged separately unless the quote says otherwise.

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Once your project is fully paid for, you own the final website content and design we deliver for your business. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and internal code, and we may show your finished website as an example of our work unless you ask us in writing not to.

Our work may use third party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, WhatsApp and Google services. Those services have their own terms and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their downtime, changes or decisions.

We try to keep this site available and correct, but we provide it "as is". We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

To the extent allowed by law, BrandLift is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

We follow the advertising policies of the platforms we use, including Google and Meta. Our advertisements describe a website design and building service for business owners. We do not promise income, guaranteed results or unrealistic outcomes, and we do not run misleading claims. If you see a claim on this site that you believe is unclear or incorrect, tell us and we will review it.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
